Our Priorities

1 • CONNECT

We connect pastors and church leaders together across the city, and actively promote and support networks of Christians and Church leaders in denominations, business and life.

2 • PRAY

We prioritse time together as pastors and church leaders to worship God and pray for our city, and actively promote and support prayer and worship initiatives across the city.

3 • SERVE

We work together to serve our city, especially the poor and vulnerable, and engage with the City Council and other community-focussed groups who seek the benefit of the city.

4 • DECLARE

We work together to declare the name of Jesus and His gospel in our city, and actively promote and support ministries that reach out to bring hope, truth and love to people in our communities.

The Wellington Prayer Breakfast is an annual event, drawing people from all over the Wellington Region together in unity to pray for the city. The event is hosted by the Council of Wellington Churches & the New Zealand Christian Network.
